Just wanted to share that I am so happy with EVERYTHING since I moved here from Indiana. The Maintenance Staff is top notch and always so quick to help and very professional. Just thrilled to be a part of this new community!! Oh and the ladies in the office are the best! Don’t want to miss them! So many improvements going on. I can tell I made the right choice here!!

I've only been moved in the last three weeks but the whole process from the first phone call with Cindy answering the phone and being so delighted to talk with me, answer all my questions, and schedule immediately available time for an in-person tour has set the continued tone for this journey so far. The rest of the staff including Kait, Emily, and one or two of maintenance that I've met so far has always been very friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs or concerns. The grounds, clubhouse area, and apartment complex all seem well maintained with pride also. I'm very pleased with my apartment and thankful for all the attention and care in having new carpet, freshly painted walls, and new appliances installed before making it my new home. I look forward to being a part of this friendly community and growing in healthy relationships with others here.

I have been living at village drive apartments for going on three weeks. From the moment Cindy answered my call to answer questions about info in becoming a resident I have felt cared for and considered important. their staff with Kait, Emily, and even greetings with maintenance occasionally have been so friendly and informative putting my mind and spirit at ease through this whole process and they continue to follow up in reassurance of my needs being important to them always. Thankful to be surrounded by people who still give this excellent care and attention to their residents these days.

The grounds of the complex are so pretty. There is tons of parking, its always quiet, and could not be located in a more convient location. Plenty of resturants, grocery store within walkig distance, yet the property is surrounded by lovely trees. Nice place to live.

thank you for a very nice christmas party that was given for the residents. Santa did a great job reading the night before christmas story and ho ho hoing! good food, and friendly staff.

I just want to thank the maintenance staff for being so prompt on fixing the issue with the water on a Sunday. I just want to say Thank you!!!!!!! And this is just one of the many reasons that I love living here

I have been here for almost 7 years and I have always enjoyed living here. The complex is beautiful. The courtyard is always a beautiful quiet place to come and sit. I can't say enough great things about the office staff and maintenance. Dee and Kaitlyn go over and above to make sure things are ok with me. Kaitlyn goes out of her way to come check and see if I need anything. If I have an issue with ANYTHING, the maintenance group will either fix it that day or work to find the answer to my problem and fix it. I feel safe living here and that is important to me. This complex and the people show pride and respect for where they live. Neighbors are friendly and you will often find them in the courtyard talking with whoever happens to be walking by. Kudos to you all!!!!!!!

I have had zero problems living in this location the last few years. If something breaks maintenance is quick and always there to help. All the neighbors are friendly.

These apartments are safe and cozy- the apartment plans are flexible to different furniture layouts. Just enough room for two people here in my one bedroom apartment. Kitchen space is limited but overall, theres plenty of closet room for a pantry. You just have to be nifty!

The complex is very beautiful and kept very clean the apartments themselves are extremely nice the noise level is kept down every one I have ran into has been very nice there it seems like a very nice community .
